According to recent studies, researchers observed that skipping breakfast increasingly could lead to high risk of heart attack.
Researchers discovered that people especially very busy ones tend to eat larger and more caloric filled meals later in the day, most times late into the night to compensate for meals lost during the day.
So i suggest that really busy individuals especially office workers should have something to chew on like fruits, little packed lunches etc
